优化(hua)(hua)城镇用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)结构。深化(hua)(hua)可(ke)再生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)൩应用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),推(tui)进太(tai)阳(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)光伏(fu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)一(yi)体化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she),具备太(tai)阳(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)条件的(de)工(gong)业厂(chang)房(fang)、大(da)型公(gong)(gong)共(gong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)、公(gong)(gong)共(gong)机构建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)、公(gong)(gong)益性建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)全(quan)面应用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)太(tai)阳(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)光伏(fu);因(yin)地(di)制宜推(tui)进地(di)热(re)(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng)、生(sheng)物质能(neng)(neng)(neng)应用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong);推(tui)广(guang)空气源(yuan)(yuan)等(deng)各(ge)类电(dian)(dian)动热(re)(re)泵技(ji)(ji)术。到(dao)2025年(nian)底(di),城镇建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)可(ke)再生(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)替代率达(da)到(dao)8%,建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)应用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)面积累计达(da)到(dao)6亿平(ping)方(fang)米,新建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)业厂(chang)房(fang)、公(gong)(gong)共(gong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)太(tai)阳(yang)能(neng)(neng)(neng)光伏(fu)应用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)比例(li)达(da)到(dao)50%。引导建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)供(gong)暖、生(sheng)活热(re)(re)水、炊事等(deng)向电(dian)(dian)气化(hua)(hua)发展(zhan),推(tui)广(guang)高效直流(liu)电(dian)(dian)器设(she)备应用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),探(tan)索建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)电(dian)(dian)设(she)备智能(neng)(neng)(neng)群控(kong)技(ji)(ji)术,推(tui)动新建(jian)(jian)(jian)公(gong)(gong)共(gong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)全(quan)电(dian)(dian)气化(hua)(hua)。到(dao)2030年(nian)底(di),建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)耗中电(dian)(dian)力消费比例(li)超过65%,公(gong)(gong)共(gong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)全(quan)电(dian)(dian)气化(hua)(hua)比例(li)达(da)到(dao)20%。推(tui)动建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)热(re)(re)源(yuan)(yuan)端低碳(tan)化(hua)(hua),综合利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)热(re)(re)电(dian)(dian)联产余(yu)热(re)(re)、工(gong)业余(yu)热(re)(re),根据各(ge)地(di)实际情况应用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)尽(jin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong);因(yin)地(di)制宜探(tan)索氢燃料电(dian)(dian)池分布式热(re)(re)电(dian)(dian)联供(gong),推(tui)动老旧供(gong)热(re)(re)管网节能(neng)(neng)(neng)降碳(tan)改(gai)造。
